Designs of Disputable Intelligence
So Ben Stein has a new movie coming out, which, by all reports, is an utter piece of crap. It's called Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed, and it's about how the poor intelligent design folk have been marginalized and mistreated by scientists that prefer theories based on, for example, science. There have been a number of screenings recently, and as you may have heard, prominent biologist and outspoken atheist P.Z. Myers of the blog Pharyngula was recently barred from admittance to one such screening. The story is actually rather humorous, and if you haven't heard about it you might want to check it out:

P.Z. Myers Expelled

Myers and Dawkins Discuss the Incident

Anyway, if you would like to know just how full of crap the movie is, Rebecca at Skepchick points to a website that will fill you in:

Expelled Exposed

Right now it's links to reviews and other such resources, but a more detailed response is soon to come:

Keep checking this space for the National Center for Science Education's official response to the Ben Stein movie Expelled; for now, we hope you will find this collection of resources helpful.
